Live guest illustration is a modern and romantic trend in wedding entertainment — where each sketch captures the love and joy of the celebration, turning heartfelt moments into timeless keepsakes for couples and their guests.

How It Works

1. Booking & Planning: Once you inquire about your date, I’ll confirm availability and provide package options based on your guest count and event timeline. A signed agreement and deposit will secure your booking. Together, we’ll discuss your event theme, colors, and setup preferences to make sure everything complements your celebration beautifully.

2. Event Day Setup: On the day of your event, I’ll arrive at least an hour early to set up a station — complete with my art materials, display, and signage to welcome guests. The setup is flexible and can be styled to fit your wedding décor, from romantic garden parties to elegant ballroom receptions.

3. Live Sketching Experience: Throughout the event, guests are invited to have their portraits sketched in real time. I’ll take a quick reference photo so they can continue mingling while I complete their portraits. Each sketch takes about 3–5 minutes per person or 6–10 minutes per couple, depending on detail and color.

4. Same-Day Keepsakes: By the end of the celebration, each guest will receive their custom sketch to take home — a heartfelt, one-of-a-kind memento of your special day.

How many guests can you draw during an event?

 

 

On average, I can sketch around 8–10 guests per hour, depending on the event flow and the level of detail requested. My packages are designed to accommodate various guest counts, and you can always extend sketching time or request to have additional portraits finished afterward in my studio and mailed to you.
